Delete your MightyAutomation account

What is deleted

• Your profile, sign-in and connected accounts (OAuth tokens and saved API keys).
• Every project you own and everything in it: project brain, chats, CRM contacts and pipeline, websites, automations, content, media and uploaded files.
• Stored files: everything saved under your account (avatar, chat and note attachments, DarkDrive, podcast and audiogram media, website assets and builds, QR and brand logos, files attached to your support tickets) and the call recordings of every project you own.
• Your team memberships. People you invited lose access to your projects.
• Any remaining credit balance (it is forfeited, not refunded).

What is kept

• Invoices and payment history held by Stripe, as tax and accounting law requires.
• The text of your support tickets, and domain orders, with your account link removed. Files attached to support tickets are deleted.
• Bug reports on our internal bug board, including any screenshots our team attached to them, with your account link removed.
• Call recordings in projects owned by someone else (they belong to that project).
• Activity you added to other members’ projects (it stays in their project, no longer linked to you).
• Anything outside MightyAutomation: GitHub repositories in your own GitHub account, domains at the registrar, and posts already published to social networks.
• Encrypted backups, which roll off within our normal backup retention window.
